Green Business BSc, MSc or Post Masters Graduate Diploma

Learn to develop sustainable economic systems and enterprises on a local scale. Catherine Austin Fitts will be teaching the first content workshop and are available as advisors throughout the year. What the world needs now is energized, socially-conscious, highly successful green entrepreneurs. If you long to steer your own course and be the CEO of your own eco-friendly business, our Green Business Development degree program can provide you with the resources, practical tools and inspiration to help you accomplish this dream. At the same time, you can acquire a Bachelors or Masters Degree or Post Masters Diploma in Green Business Development.

If you have signed up for our Green Business Pathway, you will need to be engaged in this field throughout the period of your enrollment - either in your home community or abroad. Over the course of your studies you will be required to attend a Gaia University Orientation, end-of-year Gaia University Residential Intensives, and our Financial Permaculture Workshop in October '08. Throughout the rest of your enrollment you will be required to submit outputs (reports) related to your work and have regular check-in sessions with your advisors. Catherine Austin Fitts and other instructors will be available throughout the year for advising sessions.

The program begins with an intensive 5-day Financial Permaculture Workshop October 24-28 2008, led by social investment expert Catherine Austin Fitts and permaculture designers Albert Bates and Andy Langford, as well as green entrepreneurs Liora Adler, Jennifer Dauksha-English, Greg Landua, Thomas Hupp. This course offers the nuts and bolts-and visionary impetus-to map the financial ecology of your community and develop an appropriate enterprise to address local needs and opportunities. The listed cost of the course is included with tuition.
